Is PSL God accurate / medical advice?
No. PSL God's scores are a cosmetic, entertainment-only estimate generated by an AI vision model. They are not a medical, dermatological, or diagnostic assessment, and shouldn't be treated as fact. See our Terms of Use.
What happens to my photo?
Your photo is sent securely to our server, forwarded to the scoring model, and discarded — we never store it. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
What's free, and what's PSL God Pro?
PSL God gives you one free scan. PSL God Pro unlocks unlimited scans, full category breakdowns, and your daily glow-up routine. Pro is available as a weekly or an annual plan.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
For a web subscription, use Manage subscription beneath any unlocked report to open Stripe's secure billing portal. For an iPhone subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → PSL God. If you cancel, Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase?
If you've bought Pro and it isn't showing, open Settings inside PSL God and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the PSL God purchase to request a refund.
