Is Maxed accurate / medical advice?

No. Maxed's scores are a cosmetic, entertainment-only estimate generated by an AI vision model. They are not a medical, dermatological, or diagnostic assessment, and shouldn't be treated as fact. See our Terms of Use.

What happens to my photo?

Your photo is sent securely to our server, forwarded to the scoring model, and discarded — we never store it. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

What's free, and what's Maxed Pro?

Maxed gives you one free scan. Maxed Pro unlocks unlimited scans, full category breakdowns, and your daily glow-up routine. Pro is available as a weekly plan with a 3-day free trial or an annual plan.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Maxed to change or cancel your plan. If you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you've bought Pro and it isn't showing, open Settings inside Maxed and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the Maxed purchase to request a refund.
